Each pen comes with 3 Pin needles 
Each vial comes with the 2ml
saline to mix a draw up needle & syringe for your saline & 5 injection needles
(be sure to add the full 2ml saline water  to any vial)
Always start on 10 units only for your 1st dose, inject every 7 days only! only increase dose when needed by 5 units at a time per week) everyone’s individual dose is different based on body tolerance! If it’s working stay on the dose if it stops being effective increase by 5 units until it’s effective again. Any advice needed WhatsApp us.
