BeaFill™️ PLLA

Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) is a synthetic, biocompatible, biodegradable polymer. For soft tissue augmentation, the size and chemical properties of PLLA particles are critical to the drug's ability to promote a subclinical inflammatory response that stimulates collagen deposition in the extracellular matrix. The resulting facial volume restoration occurs in a controlled, predictable manner and is long-lasting.
BeaFill™️ PLLA ingredients are:
PLLA 150mg;
Mannitol 115mg;
Carboxymethyl Cellulose Sodium 80mg;
Peptides 10mg;
Glutathione 10mg;
Total 365mg.
How to use BeaFill™️ PLLA:
1. BeaFill™️ PLLA should be reconstituted with 5mL of Lysozyme liquid.
2. BeaFill™️ PLLA can be used immediately after reconstitution or stored at room temperature for up to 72 hours.
3. Following the reconstitution of BeaFill™️ PLLA with Lysozyme, please shake the vial vigorously. This can be done by hand or by agitating the solution. Agitating of a solution means drawing up the solution with the needle and forcefully reintroducing it into the vial. The solution in the vial should be vigorously shaken for approximately one minute until the excipients have dissolved.
Excipients are inactive substances that are added to a drug that assist in binding, preserving, or enhancing the effectiveness of the active ingredient.
4. After shaking, check the solution for any lumps. If lumps are present, further stirring is required. For example, the final prepared solution should appear as a white, translucent suspension with a slight foam on top.
BeaFill™️ PLLA Injection Technique:
BeaFill™️ PLLA is injected into the deep dermis, subcutaneous layer or into the
supraperiosteal plane with a 25G or 26G needle with sterile single-use syringes. The depth of injection and quantity of BeaFill™️ PLLA used depend on the area to be treated and the expected results.
BeaFill™️ PLLA Injection Details:
Before use, soak the activation solution in the powder and shake thoroughly. The specific duration varies by product, typically ranging from 10 to 30 minutes.
Adjust injection depth according to the treatment area:
-Nasolabial folds and marionette lines: 3.5-4mm
-Periorbital area, forehead, and temples: 2-2.5mm
Do not exceed 0.2 mL per injection site. Avoid overfilling during the procedure.
BeaFill™️ PLLA Precautions for Injection:
First Treatment Single Treatment Dose :
Forehead: Up to 4 mL.
Temples: Up to 2 mL.
Tear Troughs: Up to 1 mL.
Cheekbones: Up to 3 mL.
Marionette lines: Up to 1 mL.
Nasolabial folds: Up to 2 mL.
Recommended injection volume per site: 0.05 mL.
Second Treatment Single Treatment Dose :
Reduce dosage by half and inject into the subcutaneous or dermal layer.
Use a 30G sharp needle for vertical injection.
Treatment Recommendations:
A recommended course consists of 3-4 sessions, spaced 3-4 weeks apart.
The total dosage is 4-6 vials, with the exact quantity determined by individual circumstances and treatment goals.
Storage
Store at 2-25℃ Do not freeze. Protect from sunlight. Do not use after the Expiration date. Store for two years.
